Thanks Renee - I know that fate will decide - but it's so hard! I tried very
hard not to get my hopes up - but after we were told that she was able to
have a whipple, and then that she recovered so well from it, I couldn't help
hoping that she may be one of the lucky few that manage to beat it. I would
dearly love to believe that she still might- but realistically think that
it's time I should be aiming for - not the all too elusive cure. Who knows,
my heart and head ache from thinking about it and I'm in grave danger of
failing to appreciate what I have here at the moment - which is my wonderful
Mum - long may this continue!!
Thanks taking the time to reply, and I hope that your little boy is helping
you to live your life away from the constant cloud of this awful disease and
the misery it causes. Love to both of you, Jacqui xx
