Pat, has your husband been in the chat room? I talked with someone who has what you described. Carol, yes bllod clots are common, from the PC, although my mom's doctor said at first her gemzar might encourage it.Now the person I talked to said it was different with "deep vein thrombosis", which my mother did not have (to my knowledge). My mother was also on 4 shot of lovenox a day---maybe the heparin just isn't strong enough? And she got frustrated with the blood clots-she was hospitalized 3x because of them, but felt great otherwise. I think once they are under control, things get better, unless, as I said, the deep vein thrombosos adds a problem. Good luck.
