well this is really asking for feedback from anyone, the mrcp came back saying region of subentimeter sized cystic appearing structures in the junction of the head and body of the pancreas with imaging festures suggesting the presence of papillary mucinous cystic neoplasm of the pancreas versus small intrapancreatic pseudocyst related to previous pancreatitis(that was two years ago), similar findings are reported in the study of 04/15/03 in comparison there is no significant interval change in the previously reported collection of cysts along the main pancreatic duct at the junction of the pancreas. billary tree has normal appearance . there is no evidence for lymphadenopathy, the kidneys, spleen as well as remaining retroperitoneal structures have unremarkable appearance,

okay so there is and ercp that is scheduled next thursday at the v a , dont know weather to go through with it or just watch this. any suggestion , thanks ahead of time, happy new year to all. love mikael
