Thank you both for asking about me and Lou. This last year has flown by way too fast. We've had alot of ups and downs, good and not so good reports. Lou is still fighting this battle. It's now 3 years 7 months, which is 3 years more than the first onc gave us.

I will eventually post a detailed update on Lou. I stopped doing so around this time last year, due to some very unnecessary and nasty anon posts. At this point most of the newbies don't even know who we are.

Matthew, I hope you are still doing well. I'm so glad we got to meet you and Joyce.

We've made it to 2005 (a few more hours), and I'm greatful Lou is still here with me. There are alot of new drugs on the horizon, and we have to hope we all will find the right one to stop this cancer. May 2005 be the year!! Sincerely, Melanie and family
