Hi Suzi! Thanks for your note. I too respect you and your decision. The only thing I ever really feared was the thought of cancer, however, there has never been a family history of it. Unfortunately, my mother-in-laws family has a terrible his tory. Though there has always been the fear, it really feels devastating when someone you love so much develops it. What is also frustrating is that she went to the doctor for 2-3 months complaining of stomach pain and it took that long to diagno se anything. You sound very brave to have chosen the treatments you did. Although Juanita (mother-in-law) chose not to have anything at this time, if she should feel she needs it in the future I hope she doesn't look at herself as a failure. I think if anything can make a person more comfortable in a situation like this then it can't be bad. Take care and God Bless. Love Diane
