Chris:

I'm sorry to hear about Mark. You both are in my thoughts and prayers. While I know that you are struggling with the beast, I'd also like to ask you sometimes to post information about how hospices works, their principles, etc. Periodically there are lots of questions about hospices from members of the board when their loved ones reach that stage.

Like many, we don't know enough about how hospices really work and the kind of assistance and help they can offer to the patient AND to the patient's family before AND after a death. I know statistically, that hospices are often pulled in during just the last few days and many people have a perception about hopsices that is incorrect. Your knowledge would be very useful to all of us.
