Thanks for the thoughtful comments. No, he does not have stent. He is keeping the diabetes fairly well controlled. He is trying to get 1-2 supplements down daily. I've read in another post that a Ca 19-9 can be normal but the person can still have wide spread disease. This is what I fear. Will have another CT next week. Original diagnosis was poorly differentiated adeno carcinoma of the pancreas Grade 3/3 with splenic hilar lymph node involvement. I happen to be the director of a hospice. This experience has changed us so profoundly.
