It is so devastating to find out a loved one has PC. It is even harder to try to figure out how long they have left. Everyone is different. Some on the board have lived for years following diagnosis with successful tratement and others don't do as well and fail quickly. Whatever the length of time, pain management is number 1. With all the meds out there, she shouldn't have to be in such pain. Ask her doctor about pain relief options. Use the 'search' key above and type in the information you want to find for more postings on your subject.
