It very well may be the oxycontin that is making her 'out of it'..

As for switching to the patches or if that would help any I cant really offer any advice as the patches never did do a thing for my Willie,and at one point they had 3 50mg ones on him..Maybe they can lower the doses on the others and it will help..

Just keep voicing your concern to the Dr and I hope you get it figured out soon..
