My Dad was diagnosed with Stage IV pancreatic cancer with mets to liver, in
October 2003. As of Feb 2004 on no medication, no surgery option, basically
not doing anything (even testing), at the recommendation of the oncologist,
who he sees every 3 months or so. His only symptoms are pretty constant
diarrhea, which he controls by not eating when diarrhea would be a problem
(long drives, flights).
Dad lives in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, but has been vacationing on and
off in Florida to enjoy the good weather.
