Grace, first of all let me ask you to please not write all in caps. Its very hard to read. My eyes are old, I wear glasses and caps make my eyes feel like they are crossing. I'm not trying to be mean or ugly its just hard for me and I do want to help you if I can.

I agree that the old scans need to be fed x to the new doctors at MD Anderson. PC can change and it can change fast. Also we must remember the scans may not have been read correctly as well. A second opinion is always a good thing. Hopefully this new treatment can help. The tumor marker test is called a CA 19-9 or a CEA you probably mean a CA 19-9. Hang in there and do keep asking questions and keep on reading all you can. Hugs Lillie
