Is there anyone out there who has started Phase II 9NC (RS 2000) trials? I'm participating at Rush-Pres in Chicago. It would be nice to compare notes with someone going thru the same regimen. It's my third week. Nausea is very managable with Kytril and Reglan. The 12 cups of water/day were difficult, but I guess you can get used to anything. My white cell count and platelets are holding, but I'm getting anemic and I'm worrying about that. Hope it will not cause decreasing the dosage or elimination from the trial altogether. In the past I have responded well to Epogen, but I don't know if I can use it in a clinical trial. Will find out next week. My Ca 19-9 has dropped after one week, but it also did so with Gemzar, only to zoom up again in a very short time. Please respond, if you are, or know of anyone, on 9NC.
