When is it too much? My dad, very intelligent but not highly educated or well read, has always had a sparkling personality, come-what-may attitude, happy-go-lucky approach to life. I am worried about asking questions re this pc deal in his presence with the drs that are too pointed. Worried that the somewhat grim details will overly discourage him. How much does he need to know? Should I try to inform myself, then communicate with my siblings and mother the info I garner here and from relevant sites? Just not quite sure how to handle such volitile information. Has anyone been there?
