Re pain after eating, you could check whether bile flows probably - this can be determined, I think, by injecting contrast fluid and then doing x-rays - in my case, my mom's the one with pc but i have seen the doctor recently suspecting ulcer (pain after eating) - everything fine - but suggested it may be gall stones (bile starts flowing after eating to help digest - if stones in the tract = obstruction = pain) - if tumor or something else is pressing on duct, maybe that could be the reason for the pain because of obstruction - just guessing here, I'm not a doctor, but just a suggestion to check out.
