Jane,

Sorry to hear about your sister. I hope you get a doctor that treats your sister and not the statistics surrounding this kind of cancer. Yes it's aggressive and low on the toteum pole as far as treatments but having a postive approach is the best thing you can do for your sister. There are 2 possible outcomes, a positive one and a negative one - who's to say which will occur so concentrate on the positive. My boyfriend is 26 months from his dtx - also stage 4, with mets to the liver and lung. Hang in there, Patti
