I am new to this board. My Dad was diagnosed Oct. '02. Not resectable because the mesenteric artery is encapsuled by the cancer. He responded well to Gemcitibine and radiation 6 weeks. There is still cancer and the oncologist is just using gemcitibine but I do not believe it is working. I am frantically looking for alternatives. Trying to obtain info on clinical trials. Would you be able to give me any info or direction on the medication your Dad was given and any details?

I am so glad your Dad is doing well. This is such a difficult cancer.
