I have not posted often, but wanted to say thanks for the responses I received when I did post. My husband was dx with gallbladder/bile duct cancer in April 2001, at that time he had surgery to remove his gallbladder and bile duct. On christmas Eve day we were told that the cancer had spred to his liver and that there was nothing else that could be done. we were told that he may have 1 to 2 months, I am sorry to say that he only lasted 3 weeks. I am blessed to say the he did not suffer and that the end came very fast. My husband got up, showered, dressed and had his breafast, waanted to take s short anp so I deceided to take a walk, I returned an hour halte to find that he had passed away. I will miss him terribly but am grateful that he is now at peace. I am so thankful that I have two wonderful children clse by and two grandchildren. I will check back on this borad to see how others are doing.

You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
