Christine - my friend with pc has a somewhat similar reaction to eating - she said the food sometimes seems to just sit there and not move or digest - also has some problems with gas - if it helps, she has had some luck by eating small meals and staying away from dairy foods. Some people have had luck with some medications, too, to ease the gas. The chemo may well be what has him so tired... that should pass with time... most people seem to bounce back fast from chemo, at least from what I've read in here. My friend hasn't exactly gotten "better" with the food problem, but has at least not gotten worse and has been able to live with it for several months now... with no other big problems... I hope that is somewhat encouraging for you. My best to you, you're in my thoughts & prayers. Carol C.
