PC IN HOSPICE CARE
My step mother has had PC sence Feb.2002. She had surgery on her liver at
that time. The cancer has 'Returned with a Vengence' said the doctor. She is
in her late eighties. She was sent home from the hospital last Friday.
Hospic care has been assigned. My Dad is also in poor health. I went and
spent the weekend. It appears that Mary is a little weak but wants to do
anything she can . I have retured to work. I am worried that I should have
stayed. They wanted me to go. How do I know when I should return? The
hospic people are coming every day, but are not there at night or weekends. I
plan to return on Friday unless they call.
