Something that happened to my dad when his gallbladder was taken out. He had
a much more difficult time right after it was removed. It seemed to take
longer than what the doctor said it would to heal.
Three years later when he had bile duct cancer, the surgeon came out and was
a bit puzzled with what he saw inside.
The remarks were his bile ducts were all nicked up and had lots of scar
tissue. It meant the previous doctor who removed his gallbladder did a
sloppy job on the laparoscopic procedure. That was an older surgeon and I've
heard a few horror stories regarding him since. Hope you feel better soon.
