My husband has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in the body of the pancreas, with involvement of the splenatic artery and some cancer in the spleen? The radiologist says this is not treatable, but he is not our doctor, and a friend said if I post here, someone might be able to give me hope or some information. I am totally lost, I don't know what to look up or how to learn what I need to learn.

Is there anyone who can tell me how to handle this or where I can go to find out what I need to know.

He had a biopsy today and we are in Orlando.
