My hero, my father joined the angels today. We were, as we promised, all with him at his side. The pain is more than I could have ever anticipated. My Mom and Dad held eachother while their wedding song 'Truly' played in the background. This has been a journey for our family and we are so thankful to have had the support, prayers and friendships of so many from this board these last two years and 31 days. Dad did it HIS way and he beat all the stats they threw at him. Keep my father's memory alive and have HOPE. He did, and he never lost it!! One last time, to all on the board.....THERE IS HOPE, GOD SPEED TO ALL....Goodbye Daddy, I will see you on the other side. Ollie......

I will be copying all of the responses to this post and placing them in with Dad so that your words and thoughts will be shared with him....
