My husband's Dr. told him to eat foods low in fat..... fat causes the pancreas to go into overtime, causing pain or attacks. So from what I made out of it you should just eat foods low in fat...and not fat off the steak or really greasy foods. Ray has found that ham cause alot of pain and even the on set of an attack.

So, fat lovers beware of the fat and eat light! Love those veggie, fruits, and other low fat foods. Good Luck! Trudy
