When my dad first had symptoms, he was diagnosed with h pylori infection and given antibiotics. He still didn't feel too well and was losing weight so they did an ultrasound and found an ulcer. He was given ulcer medicines. Then the weight loss really got serious which is when they did the CT and then PC. I know I read somewhere that there is a connection between this bacteria and PC. Also there is a connection between ulcers and some neuroendocrine tumors. This is a different bacteria though, right?? Lisa
