A member of my family just had the whipple procedure -- the 3.1cm tumor was completely removed, the margins were clean and the cancer hadn't spread to any lymph nodes. He is 60 years old and would like to know whether or not to pursue radiation and chemo treatment to tackle any remaining rogue cells. Thank you for any wisdom you can impart or resources you can direct me to.
