Dads pain at the end was very much controlled. We had morphin to be given on demand. All dad had to do was start wiggling a little and we gave him more. The last thing we wanted was to hear him moan in pain, and he didn't. The only bad thing I can truly say at the end for us was dad no longer talked and when his eyes were open I don't even think he saw us could have been the morphin or he could have been in a coma type state I don't know. Hugs Lillie
