My mom began pain medication in September. Firt Darvocet for the back pain and pancreatic enzyme med for the stomach pain. Pain medication changed to Vicodin and then to Zydone. No enzymes are now being taken. She is not on chemo or radiation as the surgeon felt he removed all the tumor and negative lymph node involvement.

But over the month the back pain has become worse and is intermittent, mostly in the late afternoon and early evening.

Hope this additional info can help with some ideas.

Once again, thanks belinda
