Clay, You will need some more information first to find out how to advise your grandmother. I know how hard this all is. First find out what kind of tumor it is and what stage she is in. If you can go with her to an appointment with an oncologist that would be good. Is she operable or not? Does she have other health problems. Where do you live? If you can take her to one of the great places for PC, it is always a good start-MD Anderson or Hopkins. If you can't, find an oncologist who has experience treating PC. Make sure you know the kind of tumor, the stage, the options for chemo and rad. Read and ask questions. Good luck. It is hard to sort it out but there are lots of people on this board who can help you. Lisa in Az
