Hi, Haven't posted in awhile, but here's the latest. Our good family friend (my father figure for most of my life) was diagnosed early this year after almost a year of misdiagnosis. He lives in Florida in the Winter months and used to come to Wisconsin in the summer, this summer he stayed with his daughter in Il and had chemo and radiation trtmts at Northwestern Hosp. They did 6 weeks on and were supposed to go 6 off then back on. This week is the end of his 6 off, supposedly he went to the dr and dr said he wants to see him in a month. No treatment between now and then. A MONTH????? doing NOTHING???? this sound like we aren't getting the real story of what is going on. Any insight???? thanks, I know it would be pure speculation, just curious if this is truely what dr's sometimes do. Chris
