There can be many causes to the fatigue...the cancer itself, meds, depression, lack of exercise, anemia etc.
Some other suggestions I have noted are to avoid nutrient robbing foods such
as refined sugar and flour products as well as fats and caffeine. Include
more fruits, veggies,grains,seeds and nuts in the diet. eat less red meat and
other saturated animal products. Get adequate calories & protein. Vitamin and
mineral defiencies could be a cause of lack of energy....a high potency
multi-vitamin w/mineral complex? Spirulina is an excellent vegetable protein
source and has been used with VitC with some good results.These are a few
suggestions...hope something helps Mom soon.
