They have dx him with Clostrium Difficile and Colitis. After taking a stool sample they were able to confirm. All three doc's came in today, rad., onc., & gastro. They all confirmed. They put him on antibiotics and his bp has stablized and his fever has dropped. Hopefully for good this time!
My husband went to see him today, he was sitting up and ready to EAT! I cannot go see him because I have pink eye (of all things!) And they said he is very suseptable(sp). They won't let anybody touch him with out gloves and gown on! My husband talked to the dr's about the stent and pancratitis (as you mentioned)they said it was fine, these were a few of the first things they checked. by the way, he did have a metal stent put in.
They said he may be able to go home in a few days and should feel as good as new! We are keeping our fingers crossed!
Thanks for all your support!
