I have had five people in my life within the last year diagnosed with PC. Unfortunatly we have lost 2 dear family friends (I consider them Uncles) already and another good friend is in her final days. Until the most recent - my husband's Aunt - the one common factor was excessive drinking at one point in their lives. Oddly enough, only 2 of the 5 ever smoked. Can anyone tell me if they have similar observations? I find it rather odd that it seems so many people close to me have been diagnosed with this horrific disease recently and am trying to figure out what is going on. Where is this coming from? I know we don't have those answers, but it just seems like too many people for one person to know and be VERY close with to all have this disease. I appreciate any info. Thanks Chris
