Is he on antibiotics?? If so he may have Thrush. ( yeast infection in the mouth). Patients on chemo cam also get it. There are trouches that dissolve into the mouth that will clear it,get a perscription from your Dr. Sometimes they order a swish and spit solution. Home remidies include mouth wash of 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp baking soda in 1 Qt water or if he can eat, feed him yougurt and have him swish it around before he swallows.
