Hi Heather, I am a 45 year old male. I was diagnosed with Bile Duct cancer last June. I had a Wipple in July of 2000 but the cancer had already spread to the lymph nodes. I was taking Chemo this spring but quit because of the side effects. My question is concerning my nine-year-old daughter. She knows her Dad has Cancer, but I have not told her that I only have less than 6 months to live. I have been in pretty good heath up till now. I have been on leave and holidays from work and have been staying home and being mister mom.

Should I tell her now or wait until my condition gets worse before talking to her?
