It's true this is an executable file. It is part of Windows. All this file does is restore the ability of Windows 98 (I think it's this version) to allow long file names. Remember when we were all stuck with 8 characters and an extension? Sometimes an error occurs during upgrades and Microsoft includes this file to repair the file name glitch. DON'T DELETE IT!!! This may be a new way to get people to cause their own system damage. A virus that's self-inflicted. Whoda thunk?
