Lewis,

My father was not in Vietnam but served for 20 years in the Air Force. He was exposed to jet fuel as he was a navigator for several years. He was diagnosed in June 1998 and had the whipple, chemo, and radiation. No previous history of cancer in our family and he was not a smoker. He has been in remission since the summer of 1999.

Hope you are doing well!

Syl :)
