Your dad has every right to be afforded dignify and respect in his medical care. If he is not comfortable with his oncologist, and if the oncologist does not give his undivided attention, your father should have no qualms about transferring his care to another doctor. If this 'rude' doctor is 'good,' perhaps a word or two about your concerns might correct the problem. But you have every right to change doctors if you feel that your dad is not getting the care he deserves.
