My mom who was diagnosis with Panc.that has spread to her liver (after severe clotting and water retention in legs was obvious) Retention was severe as she thought her legs would pop. This is a very common side effect when other organs aren't working at top capacity, liver has to work overtime. Mom is not doing the chemo route. She was perscribed a diuretic (after a week or so of waiting for clots to break and a natural course...) Try these natropathic options. Take 'milk thistle' (herb) & Do a "cleansing" of the liver. Removing toxins & boosting liver activity. ( This sounds silly but it really has helped. We read Adelle Davis' health books and researched liver activity and it's links to many common problems.) This might help you as well. I understand about always reaching and hoping for new info... God Bless
