My last posting was 'gas pain' (12/27/97) which we have found now was slightly erronerous. The actual problems was water retention b/c the fluids were not being eliminated. We have been given a diuretic but I am unsure of the results so far. (Mom u my be able to enlighten me). My father is also the husband of Connie who has posted here recently. We are a couple of provinces apart now after the holidays so you will see postings here as part of our communication and search for information. Any help with the hiccups would be appreciated. Also, any other ways to help relieve the water retention (basically liver and bladder malfunctions) would be helpful. Thanks for your time. Cory
