A friend of mine (in his mid 50's) has been advised that he has a spot on his pancreas and the local doctors are recomending surgery to remove his pancreas as well as some other organs that will leave him unable to digest food properly as well as some other signifigant problems. They say that if they go in to do this surgery they will have to remove his pancreas and other organs weither he has cancer or not. Does this sound right?
