The Life Extension Foundation recommends Omega-3 (fish oil) for use as a COX-2 inhibitor. Take 2400 milligrams of EPA and 1800 milligrams of DHA. This works out to about 13 to 14 capsules. Read the label on the bottle for how much EPA and DHA each capsule provides. My, Helentakes 12 capsules a day, 4 with each meal. There does not appear to be any side effects. COX-2 inhibition is said to interfere with the metastasis of cancer. For more information find excerpts from "The Omega-Plan" byDr Artemis P. Simopoulos.EPA and DHA omega-3 oil performs a number of valuable tasks in fighting cancer. Both, killed pancreatic cancer cells in-vitro at concentrations that could be attained in the human body. It is not the answer, but may help as part of one's treatment. Good luck!!!
