Great to hear you are doing well! The data suggest, while there isn't a cut-off after which the risk of recurrence drops to zero, that recurrences rate decline after patients live more than five years. Its an old paper, so things are much better now, but see: Yeo CJ, Sohn TA, Cameron JL, Hruban RH, Lillemoe KD, Pitt HA. Periampullary adenocarcinoma: analysis of 5-year survivors.
