Saw this message and wanted to respond to one part of it. The person who wrote it said if the tumor wrapped around a vein they couldn't do surgery. That is not necessarily true. My tumor wrapped around my portal vein and Johns Hopkins was able to remove it. They said if it had been the main artery they wouldn't have been able to do it.
