My family has recently learned of my Dad's IPMN diagnosis for which the Whipple surgery is the standard of care. Per his doctors, he is not a candidate for this surgery.
Have you learned of any other treatment options for your Dad? I realize that a cure is unlikely but certainly there are some options to stall the progression of the damage? Any recommendations on resources to explore options?
