My dad (76yrs) became jaundice and was diagnosed with PC, resectable. Tx plan is chemo 4 rounds in 8 weeks, scan to see the reaction of the tumor. Another 2 rounds and then surgery. If the tumor is angry and does not respond we will need to reorganize with the team. Bottom line our team said this will have the best outcome vs surgery then chemo. We were given the choice of either path....hoping we picked the best one. Difficult
