My father was just diagnosed with this very rare variant. He is a patient at Penn. The tumor is 5cm in the body of the pancreas and non-resectable (wrapped around blood vessels). Does anyone at Hopkins have any experience treating pancreatic hepatoid carcinoma? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
