I have a neuroendocrine cancer for the third time in my life. Surgery is recommended if possible for these tumors. If tumor has spread, or is inoperable, there are a few drugs that will slow the growth of it. Are the dimensions you mentioned in centimeters because that would be a very large tumor? The 3 drugs I know of for a pancreatic neuroendocrine cancer are Afinitor, Sutent and Avastin. I have had the best luck with Sutent. It shrank my tumor to half its size. Hope this info helps you.
