Ok Iím surprised that you couldnít find this as they are pretty common terms,

NED no evidence of disease (scans are clear).

Mets metastatic disease. Scan showed some nodule/tumor that has metastasized (spread) from original cancer (pancreas).

PDAC pancreatic ductal adenocarinoma cancer (cancer that begins in the ducts of pancreas near head of pancreas) most common type which is seen in about 90% of all Pancreas cancers. (Adenocarcinoma, neuroendocrine etc)
