I'm so sorry it is so hard. Unfortunately, sometimes you just have to push push push. And it is awful, because you risk alienating some of the team/doctors/nurses. If you can find ANYONE who appears to be motivated/helpful, be very nice to them, ask for their opinion and help. And keep pushing. There is nothing you have mentioned that doesn't sound like it can improve. With the right care. Good luck.
