Hello I just need someone to help me out. I had a stroke so my hands are impaired I can't really type fast enough to chat, but I can leave a question. I was diagnosed with Pancan in Feb of this year the same day I had the stroke. I am scheduled for surgery Whipple Procedure on Aug 22. I am distressed over the duration and complexity of this surgery. At times I am very anxious about it and need to hear from anyone who has gone through this. I don't know how to quantify, what is or is not a successful surgery. What can I do to keep my spirits up and avoid anxiety. I am 69 years old with diabetes and recovering from a stroke n Feb of this year. It was not considered a bad one but it still compromises my ability to undergo such a complicated surgery as a Whipple Procedure, Thanks for letting me share.

Ron
